Sterling Silver Semi-Circle Petrified Bogwood, Larsonite, Gary Green Jasper Pendant Necklace with Flowers & Leaves

Please note; this necklace is selling at a reduced price because the silver ball that formed the middle of the flower at the top of the stone has come off and cannot be re-soldered back in place.

Sold under the trade name 'Larsonite' but also widely known as 'Gary Green Jasper', this wonderful stone is the result of bogwood petrifying over millions of years near the Nevada/Oregon border.

This large, chunky semi-circle shaped stone has been set into sterling silver with delicate leaves and a flowers adorning the top of the stone - a hint at its past life.

This pendant comes attached to a good weight oval chain. The pendant has been oxidised to antique the silver and then carefully buffed to reveal silver highlights before having a protective wax sealant applied.

Fully hallmarked for sterling silver at the London Assay Office.
